On Monday 14 May 2012 we will be introducing enhancements to our DEFT website and phone payment service. These include:
  • a mobile optimised version of DEFT will be available on smart phones and other mobile devices, giving your payers secure, convenient access to make payments anywhere, any time
     
  • a simplified phone payment service to improve the payer experience
     
  • the ability for payers to register by creating a username and password.

There will be no change to existing future dated and recurring payments.

Important dates

The DEFT website and phone payment service will be unavailable from 4.00pm on Friday 11 May 2012 until 9.00am on Monday 14 May 2012 (AEST). During this time payers will not be able to make payments via these channels.
